07/02 - Jarrow Opens Contract Manufacturing Facility

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif.--Jarrow Formulas (www.jarrow.com) formed Jarrow Industries Inc. and opened a 45,000-square-foot contract manufacturing facility that will produce Jarrow Formulas and private label products.

The new facility is as a Class 10,000 pharmaceutical facility to handle OTCs and pharmaceuticals. AP Engineering Inc., Santa Ana, Calif. (www.ap-engineering.net) provided design and build services for the process building, layout, process design, procurement and construction supervision of the equipment, systems, humidity controlled HVAC, clean rooms and walk-in refrigerated storage rooms.
